Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Strategic Program Lead to drive customer success across the digital post-sales lifecycle, from implementation to expansion. You will bridge GE Vernova’s digital capabilities with customers’ operational needs, balancing high-level program management with technical empathy to improve grid software outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in utility distribution operations.
• Experience with utility industry software (e.g., SCADA).
• Knowledge of utility regulations (NERC, FERC).
• Experience with project management including software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with PM tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program and implementation to achieve target outcomes with GE customers.
• Develop specialized knowledge; contribute to strategy, policy, and delivery.
• Understand how own area integrates with others; leverage industry insights for decisions.
• Apply data analysis and technical expertise to support recommendations.
