COUNTRY Financial is seeking a finance professional to create data-driven insights for leadership, supporting informed decision-making and advancing objectives across the organization. This role will collaborate with senior partners to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.

You will lead due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, build forecasting models, evaluate opportunities, and communicate results to executives.

Creates data-driven insights for leadership and business partners that support informed decision-making and advance organizational objectives.

How does this role make an impact?

• Leads financial analysis of mergers & acquisitions efforts including due diligence efforts and valuation of potential acquisition targets.

• Builds and maintains complex financial models to forecast performance and evaluate strategic initiatives, utilizing scenario and sensitivity analysis to provide additional context.

• Evaluates investment opportunities and strategic projects using established financial principles and cost-benefit analysis framework.

• Creates compelling stories to support financial analysis to bridge the gap between complex financial models and our business partners.

• Manages and coordinates cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Supports long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

Base Pay Range:

$94,400-$129,800

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
