Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join our Finance team at a critical growth point. You will partner with senior leadership to support long-range financial models, evaluate growth opportunities, and build frameworks that guide how we invest across the business.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead market analyses, pricing studies, and scenario modeling, translating outputs into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Strong executive presentation skills to clearly and succinctly present topics to a C-level audience.
• Investor mindset with ability to synthesize complex dynamics into investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations.
• Strong business intuition connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information.
• Entrepreneurial orientation to define and develop the strategic finance function.
• Experience working at a SaaS, data, or technology company; familiarity with blockchain/crypto is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation work and TAM analyses and market research.
• Drive overall market analyses and competitive intelligence analyses.
• Analyze pricing and packaging models and inform pricing strategy.
• Build and enhance long-range financial models and plan scenarios.
• Synthesize outputs into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Track post-investment performance and feed learnings back into planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes questions.
