Job summary

Franklin Craft is seeking a commercially focused finance leader to head a multi-site finance function in a technology-driven, international setting. The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and drive sustainable growth.

You will lead finance across multiple locations, overseeing reporting, budgeting and forecasting while shaping strategic financial decisions and performance improvements. A CPA/CMA or MBA would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience across finance and accounting, with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership of finance teams and talent development.
• Strong background in financial reporting, controllership, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and working capital management.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing or complex operational environments.
• Experience in global or multi-site organisations and collaboration across functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, plus advanced Excel.
• Interest in leveraging digital tools and AI to improve productivity and financial decision-making.
• A CPA, CMA or MBA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop finance and accounting teams across multiple locations.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, controls and compliance.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs and KPIs.
• Improve working capital, cash flow and financial efficiency.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
• Maintain robust financial controls and US GAAP/SOX compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and data quality.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
