Authority Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Finance team in Atlanta. The role focuses on building financial models for strategic initiatives, supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and coordinating investor and lender reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or FP&A.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with M&A diligence and quality of earnings analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior leadership.
• Franchise or multi-unit industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for new strategic initiatives, including business cases and scenario planning.
• Lead early-stage financial diligence on acquisition targets, including QOE review and historicals.
• Support valuation, integration planning, and post-close financial integration efforts.
• Track and reconcile costs related to strategic initiatives, capital projects, and investments against budget.
• Prepare monthly investor reporting packages and support board materials.
