• Support senior bankers through all deal stages, including due diligence and transaction coordination.
• Analyze industry trends and markets to identify strategic opportunities for clients.

This Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, CIMs, management presentations, and other transaction-related documentation.
• Supporting senior bankers throughout all stages of deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction coordination.
• Analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities for clients.

Ideal Experience:

• 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience supporting M&A, capital raising, or strategic advisory transactions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate.
