iCapital is looking to hire an Associate Account Manager to support and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. This role focuses on driving platform adoption, maintaining client health, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

The base salary range is $70,000 to $80,000, with equity and annual performance bonus; fully remote in the United States. Travel may be required for client meetings and events.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Experience in financial services or FinTech preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts and serve as primary day-to-day contact.
• Develop and execute account plans to improve client satisfaction and platform utilization.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities from client health and adoption data.
• Coordinate with Sales and other teams to drive renewal and expansion.
