Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Milwaukee seeks a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead sourcing for new product development and current products in assigned commodity space, and develop supplier strategies. You will manage $30–$50M spend, drive cost reductions, negotiate master agreements, and mentor the sourcing team. Travel 20–30% expected. APICS certification is a plus; BS in SCM or Business preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Exposure to castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics.
• Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methodologies.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Open to 20% to 30% travel.

You will also independently develop, implement and drive Category/Subcategory as well as Supplier Strategies for non-globally driven categories. • Responsibilities include managing $30 to $50 million commodity spend, developing sourcing strategies, and collaborating with key cross-functional teams.

• Analysis of purchase volumes within category to drive supplier consolidation, cost reduction, product portfolio/supplier capability efficiency
• Manage quoting and negotiations
• Lead supplier selection process for both Global and Regional strategies on both current product and New Product Development components
• Mentor, coach, and train new Sourcing team members
