Job summary

Penn E&R, Inc. is seeking a senior civil/site engineer for a strategic remote hire in Kentucky. You will leverage hands-on technical skills to support regional growth, win work, and strengthen client relationships from a fully remote position.

In this role you will collaborate with internal teams, balance technical execution and business development, and participate in regular leadership updates while delivering high-quality civil design and site work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
8+ years of mid- to senior-level civil engineering experience.
Hands-on experience including grading and client-facing activities.
Career progression showing growth through ranks.
Self-driven, self-starting, comfortable working remotely.
Ability to balance client relationships, technical execution and BD.

Responsibilities

Act as senior technical representative in-market to expand presence.
Support client relationships, win new work, and collaborate with internal teams.
Engage in remote but integrated project delivery with Penn E&R, Inc. teams.
Contribute to business development while delivering quality civil/site work.
Participate in regular meetings and provide executive visibility.
