Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Partner Lead to own and accelerate the Horizon3 & CDW relationship, embedding NodeZero into CDW’s security portfolio and services motions.

You will build a multi-year joint business plan, align executive stakeholders, and drive partner-sourced revenue while coordinating across Horizon3’s Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Remote-based with travel.

Qualifications

• Direct experience working with a large strategic partner is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic channel sales, alliances, partner management, or enterprise business development.
• Proven track record of building joint business plans and delivering measurable partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
• Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, security services, and solution-selling motions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the CDW Joint Business Plan and align cross-functional teams.
• Develop executive relationships with CDW and Horizon3 leaders.
• Drive partner-sourced revenue and ensure pipeline discipline.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across sales, channel, marketing, solutions engineering, product, and services.
• Measure enablement effectiveness and report on progress, risks, and outcomes.
