Ladders is seeking a Senior Strategic and Operational Intelligence Analyst to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role shapes the organization’s cyber threat intelligence efforts by translating complex data into actionable strategic insight for security decisions across the enterprise.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $106,900 to $147,000 annually, with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401(k)

• Own the actor and threat prioritization framework for CTI.

• Contribute to proactive countermeasure packages based on threat analysis.
• Influence the maturation of the CTI program through improved analytic practices.

This remote role will shape the organization’s cyber threat intelligence efforts by translating complex data into actionable strategic and operational insight. The analyst will help prioritize threats, strengthen analytic practices, and support proactive defensive measures that improve security decision‑making across the enterprise. This position partners closely with senior stakeholders to communicate risks, emerging trends, and implications for the business.
