Responsibilities

• Lead complex contract negotiations with senior academic and administrative leaders.
• Own the overall account strategy and forecast for each institution in the territory.
• Develop multi-year growth, retention and expansion plans aligned with institutional priorities.
• Drive CU renewals and upsell with Solutions Specialists.
• Manage data and analytics to inform account strategy and decision-making.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.
