Job summary

Foth seeks an experienced Lead Stormwater & Water Resources Engineer to provide technical leadership across stormwater, watershed, drainage, flood mitigation, and water resources projects nationwide. The role suits a senior engineer who mentors others and improves technical standards using advanced modeling tools.

The ideal candidate will be near a Foth office, but remote candidates may be considered based on fit with the leadership needs and background.

Qualifications

Requires PE licensure or ability to obtain licensure in applicable jurisdictions.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
Experience leading water resources, stormwater, and drainage projects with complex technical delivery.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and quality reviews on water resources projects.
Hands-on experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software listed in tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical leader for stormwater, drainage, flood risk, and water resources projects.
Provide oversight for reports, modeling, calculations, and construction documents.
Mentor engineers through design reviews and training.
Develop discipline standards, QA/QC, modeling workflows, and training resources.
