Job summary
Black & Veatch is seeking a Water Resources and Stormwater Engineer to lead planning, modeling, and design of stormwater projects across Florida. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
- Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of water resources projects including stormwater planning and design.
- Plan, model and design stormwater improvements and green infrastructure.
- Plan and design flood mitigation measures (dams, levees, reservoirs, pump stations).
- Provide regulatory permitting support (USACE, FEMA).
- Lead business development and build client relationships across target geography.
- Mentor professionals and recruit early-career staff.
