Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field with 5 years of experience in public infrastructure, stormwater, and utilities.
• High School Diploma or GED with 9 years of related experience in public infrastructure, underground utilities, and stormwater engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve and protect the City’s stormwater infrastructure and deliver long-term community benefits.
• Coordinate planning to completion with consultants, contractors, City departments, and regulatory partners to keep work on schedule.
• Provide coaching and guidance to a team, fostering a safe, collaborative work environment and promoting professional growth.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring work complies with City policies and regulations.
• Communicate project updates and outcomes to residents, community partners, and City leadership.
