• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in environmental science.
• Knowledge of Vermont stormwater rules, EPA CGP/INDC/MSGP permits.
• Experience reviewing complex engineering plans and SP/ESPC plan sets.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and enforce regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory, technical and compliance activities for stormwater permits in Vermont.
• Review stormwater discharge permits and assess compliance at construction sites.
