Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biological, physical, engineering, social, or environmental science with 2+ years NR experience; or Bachelor's degree in related field with 3+ years experience
• Knowledge of Vermont stormwater rules, federal EPA regulations, and technical administration of CGP, INDC, and MSGP permits
• Experience reviewing and evaluating complex engineering plans, EPSC plan sets, and SWPPPs
• Ability to provide technical design support and education to developers, contractors, and industrial operators
• Experience conducting field inspections, tracking compliance, and contributing to enforcement actions
• Ability to draft and maintain general permits and technical guidance documents (Level VI specific)

Key qualifications:
