Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant stormwater civil engineering experience and PE licensure.
• Professional certifications like QEP or CEP are preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Prepare studies, calculations, specs, and engineering documents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and design excellence across projects.
• Support business development with scope and fee estimates.
