Job summary

GBA Companies is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to lead stormwater projects within the Water Environment group. You will mentor engineers, coordinate across disciplines, and build lasting client relationships while delivering high-quality infrastructure from concept to construction.

As a seasoned professional, you will apply technical excellence, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to business development. Occasional travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• PE licensure is required and recognized certifications are valued.
• Experience with stormwater and potable water design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of stormwater projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor engineers.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and QA for client deliverables.
• Prepare studies, reports, and engineering documents for review.
• Support business development with proposals and fee estimates.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and technical excellence.
