Job summary

GBA is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer IV (Stormwater) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of stormwater infrastructure from concept through construction. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure technical excellence while building strong client relationships across projects.

You will leverage expertise in regulatory compliance, modeling tools, and design standards to drive quality, schedule, and budget compliance within the Water Environment

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure is required.
• 7+ years of relevant stormwater experience.
• Industry certifications such as QEP or CEP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor engineers.
• Prepare technical studies, reports, calculations, and specifications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and technical excellence throughout project delivery.
• Support business development with proposals, scope development, and fee estimates.
• Maintain client relationships and manage budgets and schedules.
