Qualifications

• Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school and experience equivalent to five years full-time storekeeping experience.
• Substitution of Experience for Education: Qualifying storekeeping experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilités

• Conducts performance evaluations for all assigned staff. Provides guidance and direction for daily activities and necessary cross training.
• Plans and implements warehouse safety and security policies. Conducts cost analysis for the warehouse regarding inventory, processing orders, and generating reports.
• Schedules and monitors physical inventory counts to ensure accurate stock and records are maintained.
• Communicates daily work assignments to assigned staff during morning briefings. Issues shipping instructions and provides routing information to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated.
• Provides excellent customer service and investigates customer complaints to resolve issues.
