You will drive exceptional customer service, coach staff, and manage store operations to achieve sales, service, and profitability goals while upholding Nike's Service Principles and community partnerships.

You will empower your team, guide store growth strategies, and create opportunities to build a strong, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in customer-facing retail or hospitality roles.
• Four+ years in store management or equivalent leadership position.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

• Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability while maintaining safety and standards.
