Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, retail know-how, and the ability to manage daily operations, merchandising, and team development in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Three years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without accommodations
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver the best customer experience
• Drive store growth strategies and expand community partnerships
• Ensure store staffing, onboarding, and tool readiness for daily operations
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and key metrics including sales and customer service
