Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; combined education and experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 7 years in retail management with 3+ years in high-volume settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Levi's Store with $15M+ annual volume to profitable growth.
• Coach, train and develop store managers to uphold service, ops and visual standards.
• Develop in-store leadership through formal and informal training programs.
• Ensure communication from leadership cascades to the entire store team.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals while coaching the team.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, loss prevention and safety programs.
• Recruit, select, evaluate and retain top talent for the store.
• Maintain store appearance per Levi's visual standards and housekeeping.
