CBD Kratom, a leading cannabis retailer, is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee strategic growth and daily operations across three Houston stores. You will lead a high-performing team, reinforce brand loyalty, and enhance the customer journey in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience required.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of three Houston stores and drive strategic growth.
• Train and develop the store team, focus on a high-performing, consultative customer experience.
• Set goals, coach the team, and celebrate performance to maximize sales and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000 Annually

Location: This position will support three stores in Houston.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximizing business opportunities to drive key performance indicators. Constantly seeking ways for you, your team, and your store to improve.
• Training and developing your team in continuous learning, broadening overall knowledge of all things cannabis and kratom.
• Goal setting, coaching & providing feedback to the team. Celebrating outstanding performance, driving engagement, and motivating the team to bring out their best.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals while guiding sales associates to realize their sales potential.
• Interacting with customers and ensuring your team engages with every customer through a consultative sales approach to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and doing so with a "service first" mindset.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Must be a "people person" who is passionate about our products and company culture.
