CBD Kratom seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead) to steer daily operations and coach a team of Doyens toward cannabis and kratom excellence.

You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and embody the company culture for guests and staff alike. Prior retail leadership and a passion for learning will help you lead evenings, weekends, and holidays with a service-first mindset.

Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead), you will lead daily operations while coaching a team of Doyens (Sales Associates) to become industry experts in cannabis and kratom. Your primary focus is to drive sales and maintain high brand standards by bringing the company’s culture and values to life for both your team and your guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
