Job summary

CBD Kratom in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead) to guide daily store operations and coach a team of Doyens to deliver exceptional service and sales results.

You will role-model company values, drive a service-first approach to achieve targets, and deepen product knowledge in cannabis and kratom to educate guests. This position requires leadership, reliability, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail sales experience is required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• A "people person" who is passionate about our products and company culture.

As an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead), you will lead daily operations while coaching a team of Doyens (Sales Associates) to become industry experts in cannabis and kratom. Your primary focus is to drive sales and maintain high brand standards by bringing the company's culture and values to life for both your team and your guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$16.50 per hour
