• Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver a legendary employee and customer experience.
• Manage multiple store locations if required and oversee store performance metrics.
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff; escalate issues with customers and internal groups as needed.
• Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending and conducts loan closings.
