Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related supervisory, leadership and coaching experience.
• 4+ years of proven business development skills.
• 4+ years proven leadership experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide people management leadership; hire, coach, set goals and manage performance.
• Lead a medium sized store and team to meet store goals.
• Oversee and develop multiple stores or complex operations as needed.
• Achieve store and individual performance metrics.
• Manage diverse customer base and risk in store activities.
• Mentor emerging store managers and provide guidance.
