Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Senior Store Designer to lead the design and development of store environments across the portfolio, translating brand standards into scalable design strategies with 3D models, drawings, and presentations for partners. This role requires 5–7 years of retail design experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, plus Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design or Retail design.
Proficiency in Revit BIM software.
Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Adapt, scale and execute the store design vision across the DICK'S Sporting Goods portfolio.
Lead the design process with 3D models, 2D drawings, and presentations communicating design intent.
Drive design processes to ensure deliverables meet creative intent and budgets.
Create and evolve environmental design components across stores.
Coordinate with Architects, Construction PMs and Visual Merchandising throughout projects.
