• Excellent training and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides training and development through classroom, virtual and store visits.
• Partners with CSC and New Store Team to align merchandising strategies.
• Oversees game plan execution and space optimization.
• Leads planning for openings, remodels, and concept evolution.
