Job summary

Vans, a VF Corporation brand, seeks a Senior Manager of Store Design to lead cross-brand retail environments. You will translate brand-led creative direction into scalable, buildable store concepts, guiding design development, documentation, and vendor partnerships across multiple formats.

The role requires 7+ years in retail design, strong 2D/3D visualization, and collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, and Creative teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible retail design experience.
• Ability to translate brand identity into physical retail environments.
• Strong 2D/3D concept visualization from sketch to execution.
• Experience in cross-brand/multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into executable retail design solutions across VF brands.
• Lead design development and execution with Real Estate and Construction partners.
• Create and review architectural, space, and fixture plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with brand leadership, Creative teams, and external vendors to ensure fidelity to brand and feasibility.
• Support rollout of store concepts, remodels, and fixture programs.
