Job summary

Target Corp. is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for Store Allocation & Workload in Minneapolis. You will own planning, forecasting, governance and performance management of store sales, payroll and workload plans, translating enterprise goals into actionable store-level plans.

You will collaborate with Store Ops, HR P&D and FP&A to shape forecasts and drive financial results while maintaining discipline and delivering insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Four or more years Finance/Accounting or related Operations experience.
• Experience with spreadsheet applications and financial modeling/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, allocation and financial management for store sales, payroll and workload plans.
• Provide analysis and insights to FP&A, Stores and HQ partners.
• Drive monthly store sales and payroll planning using workload trends.
