Role requires deep CPU architecture knowledge, enterprise storage leadership, and proven ability to translate concepts into actionable plans with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience as lead architect/engineer for enterprise storage platforms/sub-systems.
• Deep understanding of computer architectures based on CPUs; x86 experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define platform/system vision with OEMs and industry partners.
• Drive reference platform requirements with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with SoC design and product management to align platform vision and roadmaps.
• Shape workload and application-level strategies for enterprise workloads.
• Promote AMD datacenter system-level vision in industry events and partnerships.
