The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with internal departments and brokers, and the ability to guide junior staff while maintaining compliance with underwriting policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis disciplines such as Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related fields
• 6 years of relevant progressive underwriting experience
• 5–7 years of underwriting experience in self-funded or converting fully insured prospects
