Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Senior STIBO Software Developer to lead master data management initiatives in a fast-paced retail/healthcare environment. You will build scalable data solutions for product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems, ensuring data quality and governance.

Key responsibilities include mentoring engineers, collaborating with Product and stakeholders, and driving delivery with accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced engineers (about 15%).
• Collaborate with Product and other teams (about 15%).
• Contribute 70% of time as SME coding in strategic planning, scoping and delivery.
• Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and data issues.
• Drive delivery with accurate estimates and clear communication.
• Support production operations, SaaS upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Design, develop, configure and customize the Stibo STEP platform (workflows, WebUI, attributes, validation).
• Support quarterly SaaS upgrades and release impact reviews.
• Implement data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks.
• Optimize platform performance and provide production support.
