Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise MDM initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will build scalable data solutions, manage product/vendor/customer master data across omnichannel systems, and ensure data quality and governance.

Expect to mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning, scoping and delivery while supporting production operations and SaaS upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product teams across projects.
• Develop and support STIBO STEP workflows, configurations and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance and platform performance in production.
• Drive planning, estimates and timely delivery of Spark/ETL data work.
