Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and invest time in guiding the team.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on cross-team initiatives.
• Lead strategic planning, scoping, and delivery for STIBO STEP solutions.
• Develop and support STIBO STEP workflows, integrations, and UI components.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Provide production support and participate in SaaS upgrade reviews.
