Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise MDM initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. The role focuses on building scalable data solutions for product, vendor and customer master data across omnichannel systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product teams, and drive delivery using your SME coding skills while supporting quarterly SaaS upgrades and data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers for 15% of time and collaborate with Product and other teams for 15%.
• Spend 70% of time delivering with SME coding and strategic planning alongside Senior Engineering Manager.
• Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and data issues.
• Drive delivery with accurate estimates, ownership and communication.
