Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise Master Data Management initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will build scalable data solutions to manage product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems while ensuring data quality and governance.

Expect to mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and stakeholders, and drive delivery through accurate estimates and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of Stibo STEP development/administration.
• 3+ years of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
• 3+ years of Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and data issues.
• Drive delivery with accurate estimates, ownership and communication.
• Support SaaS upgrades and continuous improvements.
• Design and customize the Stibo STEP platform, including workflows and WebUI.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders across teams.
