Job summary

CVS Health Digital seeks a Senior STIBO Software Developer to lead MDM initiatives and build scalable data solutions for product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems. You will ensure data quality, governance, and performance while guiding strategic planning and delivery.

The role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with Product and stakeholders, and hands-on development on STIBO STEP platforms within a fast-paced retail/healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior engineers for ~15% of time.
• Collaborate with Product and other stakeholders for ~15% of time.
• Apply SME coding skills to strategic planning, scoping and delivery (~70%).
• Develop and support STIBO STEP workflows, integrations, and WebUI interfaces.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance; troubleshoot issues.
