Job summary

Auberge Collection seeks a Stewarding Supervisor for The Knox in Dallas. You will lead stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, storerooms, and related spaces, while coaching and supervising the stewarding team to meet luxury service standards.

You will also manage schedules, safety compliance, inventory, and budgeting, coordinating with other departments to support events and daily operations in a high-volume luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• 3–5 years stewarding or back-of-house experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in luxury hotel, resort, fine-dining, or high-volume banquet environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, food-safety, chemical handling, and OSHA standards.
• Proficiency with standard workplace technology and hotel operating systems.
• English fluency required; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and readiness of back-of-house spaces.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, coach and evaluate stewarding team.
• Establish and maintain cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food-safety and chemical handling guidelines.
• Monitor equipment and inventory, coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Manage labour and operating expenses in line with budget.
