Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Sterile Compounding Quality Manager to ensure compliance with CSP quality standards and regulatory requirements across all cleanrooms nationwide. You will lead quality initiatives, support after-hours quality events, and collaborate with leadership to meet clinical and regulatory goals.

Responsibilities include driving CAPA plans, performing quality visits, and guiding new cleanroom construction, remodels, and vendor collaborations.

Qualifications

• CSPT through PTCB or BCSP certification is required.
• Pharmacy technician licensure or pharmacist license is required.
• 7 years of experience in infusion therapy, sterile compounding, training, or related corporate office environment.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide field SME support for cleanroom quality and incident handling.
• Maintain and review cleanroom quality systems and tools; provide reports.
• Coordinate certifications, microbial monitoring, and regulatory alignment.
• Review KPIs and drive proactive quality initiatives for sterile compounding.
