Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Sr Research Associate to support a biotech company focused on next-generation immune cell therapies at our Cambridge, MA site. The role executes cell culture, differentiation, molecular biology, and process development to advance a stem cell–derived therapy from preclinical toward commercialization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pluripotent stem cell biology, regenerative medicine, cell therapy or related biotech field.
• Hands-on experience with hPSC culture and differentiation, RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, ELISA.
• Strong analytical, organizational and data-analysis skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hPSC/iPSC culture, maintenance, differentiation, and characterization experiments.
• Execute molecular and cellular assays including flow cytometry, RT-qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, IHC and IF analyses.
• Support cell engineering studies; evaluate differentiation, functionality, and process optimization.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot protocols, contribute to process standardization, and present findings.
• Maintain lab operations, ensure safety/compliance, manage supplies, and train personnel.
