Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Research Associate in Cambridge, MA to work in a preclinical biotechnology setting. You will culture human pluripotent stem cells, differentiate them, and perform molecular biology assays including RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining.

You will also assist with cell engineering, data analysis, protocol troubleshooting, and maintaining cultures and supplies while supporting quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field such as regenerative medicine, molecular biology, genetic engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience with human pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), stem cell differentiation, 3D cell culture, bioreactors, and sterile technique
• Hands-on experience with RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining

Compensation for the Senior Research Associate includes:

• Rate Range: $37- $50/hr, depending on experience
