Qualifications
- This role requires advanced ability to interpret structural/miscellaneous steel shop drawings and detailing packages.
- Experience coordinating with steel detailers, vendors, project management and shop personnel.
- Strong budgeting, labor and material costing with tracking of variances.
- Proven ability to schedule production and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Review structural steel shop drawings and detailing packages for completeness and constructability.
- Coordinate with detailers and management to resolve discrepancies before fabrication.
- Translate detailing packages into fabrication priorities and sequencing.
- Develop and manage daily and weekly shop production schedules.
