• Experience as a Project Manager.

• Education: BS Civil / Structural / Architectural / Construction Technology.
• BS Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review: fully understand and present a new contract to the President/VP.
• Change Orders: identify, price, and draft Change Order proposals.
• Submit AIA’s Applications for payment with back-up information.
• Manage Shop Orders/Purchase Orders for multiple projects and track delivery.
• Customer relations: communicate completion dates, progress photos, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage steel erection/installation: schedule ironworkers, coordinate with foreman, ensure safety and budgets.
• Pursue new work opportunities and changes to projects with cost and schedule impacts.
• Maintain profitability targets and relationships with customers and the shop.
