Williams in Houston seeks a Steam Turbine Engineer for Senior/Staff level roles. You will independently anticipate business trends on major projects, recommend policy updates, and deliver technical presentations to management while directing the work of others.

The role supports gas compression and power generation projects, requiring 15+ years of industry expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You will author improvements to enterprise policies and procedures and collaborate with leadership

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field required; PE license preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in natural gas or petrochemical industry for Senior track; 15+ years for Staff.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to direct work of others.

Mansioni

Performs technical and economic evaluation, performance testing, design and construction of new facilities or upgrades.
Directs work of engineers and support staff; serves as technical SME in turbines
Prepares and delivers management presentations; champions safety and standards
Maintains understanding of industry trends and anticipates business needs
Defines maintenance practices for turbine, generator, and related equipment
Supports cost/resource control and compliance with training requirements
