Williams Companies is seeking a Staff Turbines Engineer in Houston to lead large-scale projects and drive reliability improvements for turbines and gearboxes. You will evaluate performance, develop models, and set technical standards while mentoring teams and engaging with industry groups.

Strong PLC, project leadership, and communication skills are required. The role emphasizes ownership of the centrifugal compressor program lifecycle and collaboration across functional teams to deliver

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program or engineering technology with PE license.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience in power generation, oil and gas, or petrochemical industries.
• Specialist in rotating equipment, especially reciprocating turbines.
