Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a Turbine Engineer Power Senior/Staff to lead major gas compression and power generation projects. You will work independently to anticipate trends, advise leadership, and direct the work of others.

The role requires 15+ years of industry expertise, focusing on gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator controls. You will present to management, drive improvements to policies, and ensure safety standards across assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (or Eng Tech with PE license) and PE preferred.
• Eight (8)+ years of engineering experience in natural gas or petrochemical sectors for Senior.
• PB Certification (PE) required for Staff track with 7+ years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical and economic evaluation, design/construction of facilities or upgrades.
• Direct work of engineers and support staff on sophisticated assignments.
• Serves as technical specialist in rotating equipment and reciprocating turbines.
• Prepares and delivers presentations to management.
• Anticipates customer needs, assesses requirements, identifies solutions.
• Maintains safety standards and champions best practices.
• Implements compliance checks, improvement plans and training needs.
• Monitors costs and resources across projects.
• Defines maintenance practices for gas turbine, steam turbine and generators.
• Interprets control logic across platforms; analyzes generator health and vibration.
